  •  Processed cereals 
  •  Foods containing nitrates, such as canned meats, peanut butter and chocolate. 

 Phase 3: 

After noticing changes in your body's diet over the past 4 weeks, we recommend that you focus on your overall physical and mental health over the past 2 weeks.  You should also continue to apply the regimen that has been experienced. 

It is also recommended that you do some cardio sports at this stage, such as brisk walking, swimming, cycling, or other cardio exercises.
